Royal Unibrew A/S Approves Dividend; Elects Directors

The Annual General Meeting of Royal Unibrew A/S held on 29 April 2013 adopted the Board of Directors' proposal to pay out a dividend of DKK 254
million in total corresponding to DKK 24 per share of DKK 10.

The company elected Jais Valeur and Ingrid Jonasson Blank as members of the Board of Directors.
