Roopshri Resorts Limited announced a private placement of 1,383,000 common shares at a price of INR 10 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 13,830,000 on January 15, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Lecorp Corporate Services LLP, Shreshri Enterprises LLP, individual investors, Shripal Shah, Shreyas Shah, Bhavna Vassa, Nirbhay Vassa. The shares will be issued on a preferential basis.
