Robotis Co,.Ltd announced that it expects to receive KRW 11 billion in funding

Robotis Co,.Ltd (KOSDAQ:A108490) announced a private placement of 1st series bearer-free coupon non-guaranteed private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 11,000,000,000 on December 15, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Accuras Hyundai Investment Partners New Technology Business Fund. The bonds will not bear any interest and will mature on December 17, 2025. The bonds will be fully convertible into 845,178 shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 13,015 between the period of December 17, 2021 to December 9, 2025. The subscription and the payment date is December 17, 2020.
