RLJ Lodging Trust reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 295.5 million compared to USD 280.68 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 356.96 million compared to USD 330.5 million a year ago. Net income was USD 41.4 million compared to USD 32.97 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.22 compared to USD 0.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.22 compared to USD 0.16 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 556.33 million compared to USD 486.46 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 671.46 million compared to USD 573.4 million a year ago.
