RIZAP GROUP, Inc. (SPSE:2928) concluded a contract to acquire remaining 10% stake in SYS, Inc. from Ikuo Shimizu for approximately ¥190 million on August 13, 2018. Under the transaction, RIZAP GROUP, Inc. acquires 20 shares. Post transfer, SYS, Inc. will become a wholly owned unit of RIZAP GROUP, Inc. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of RIZAP GROUP, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed by August 13, 2018.
