Klein Invest AS and the management team of Mediafusion Limited and Media 247 entered into an agreement to acquire Media247 AS and Mediafusion Limited from River iGaming p.l.c. (OB:RIVER-ME) for €0.6 million.

Klein Invest AS and the management team of Mediafusion Limited and Media 247 entered into an agreement to acquire Media247 AS and Mediafusion Limited from River iGaming p.l.c. (OB:RIVER-ME) for €0.6 million on October 19, 2020. The transaction consideration will be paid in cash. The management will structure its acquisition through a newly incorporated holding company which will be inter alia financially backed by Klein Invest AS. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of 2020. The accounting effect of this transaction will be recognized in Q4 2020.
