Hulic Co., Ltd. (TSE:3003) signed share transfer agreement to acquire an additional 5.3% stake in Riso Kyoiku Co., Ltd. (TSE:4714) from Mitsuji Iwasa on October 27, 2021. The deal is expected to be completed by October 27, 2021. The impact of this matter on our business performance is minor at this stage, but we will incorporate it into our business performance forecast according to the progress of the alliance.
