Riken Vitamin Co., Ltd. announces that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on November 10, 2023, resolved to pay an interim dividend of surplus of JPY 30.50 with a record date of September 30, 2023. Total dividend JPY 1,006 million amount. Effective date: December 5, 2023.
