Repower Energy Development Corporation is a renewable energy (RE) developer that is focused on the development and operation of a run of river hydropower projects. The Company operates through the renewable energy generation segment. The Company has three main island regions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The Company has approximately six operating hydropower plants, which include Balugbog MHP, Palakpakin MHP, Calibato MHP, Majayjay MHP, Upper Labayat MHP, and Inarihan MHP, with a combined capacity of 10.146 megawatts (MW), and also has two more hydropower plants under construction, which include Lower Labayat MHP and Tibag MHP. The Company’s subsidiaries include Philippine Power and Development Company (PPDC), Majayjay Hydropower Company, Inc. (MHCI), Labayat 1 Hydropower Corporation (L1HC), Tibag Hydropower Corporation (THC), Cabanglasan Hydropower Corporation (CHC), Bicol Hydropower Corporation (BHC) and Piapi Hydropower Corporation.
