Renault Group announces the signature of a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the PUNCH Torino center of excellence concerning their cooperation on Renault 4-cylinder diesel engines for light commercial vehicles.

Under the terms of this agreement, PUNCH will be able to buy, use and sell Renault's current and future 4-cylinder diesel engines. This partnership will be contributed by the carmaker to the Horse project announced at its Capital Market Day.

Renault Group's engineering teams will continue to develop low-emission diesel engines for light commercial vehicles, and will also collaborate with PUNCH's engineering teams, for production starting in 2025.
