Regis Healthcare Limited Announces Appointment of Jodie Leonard as Independent Non-Executive Director and to Chair the People and Remuneration Committee

Regis Healthcare Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Jodie Leonard as an independent non-executive Director effective 28 November 2023. Jodie will also chair the People and Remuneration Committee. Jodie is currently a non-executive director at Pacific Smiles Group Ltd. and XPON Technologies Group Ltd. and in both cases chairs their Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Jodie is also a non-executive director of Barwon Region Water Corporation.
