Bruno Mosimann, a director of Regent Ventures Ltd. (TSXV:REV) signed a letter agreement to acquire 0.22% stake in EuroGas Aktiengesellschaft from Regent Ventures Ltd for CAD 0.05 million on April 29, 2013. Bruno Mosimann will acquire 2 million shares for CAD 0.25 each. The sale of the shares is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
As on october 15, 2014, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the letter agreement.
