Redefy Corporation is a provider of real estate buying and selling solutions. The Company charges flat fee for selling the client’s home. That flat fee includes all the services of a traditional agent, such as in-home consultation, professional photography, yard signs, lock boxes, scheduling showings, marketing and advertising. In addition, the Company lists its client’s home on the multiple listing service (MLS), which pushes their home onto various of websites, such as Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. The Company also helps in inspections, contracts, negotiating offers and closing.
