Re-Match Holding A/S ("Re-Match") has just received a grant of almost EUR 4.5 million from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate in order to support the construction of the company's first factory outside Denmark. Re-Match is investing EUR 8.5 million in its new recycling facility in Tiel, the Netherlands, which will create approx. 40 new, full-time jobs.

This together with the fact that Re-Match's true turf recycling concept will contribute towards dealing with a significant environmental problem in the country, is now being acknowledged by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate in the form the EUR 4.5 million grant (DEI++ subsidy) that will go towards the new Re-Match factory. When operational, the factory will be able to process more than 60,000 tonnes of waste and save the environment from up to 100,000 tonnes of CO2 every year - if compared to incineration of the turf.
