Ramasigns Industries Limited announced that Ms. Anita Subedar Gupta has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for further growth and development in her career effective from close of working hours of May 27, 2024. Consequent to her resignation, Ms. Anita Subedar Gupta also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
