Radisson Hospitality AB (publ), formerly known as Rezidor Hotel Group AB (Rezidor), is a Sweden-based company engaged in the operation of a hotel network. The Company's hotel portfolio is operated under three main brands: Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson and Hotel Missoni. The Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson networks are operational in Europe, the Middle East and Africa under franchise agreements. The Hotel Missoni network is operated under a worldwide licensing agreement with the Italian fashion House, Missoni. Radisson's operating portfolio comprised of approximately 335 hotels and 74,000 rooms in a number of countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The Company has subsidiaries active in countries, such as Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom, among others.
