R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited announced that Mr. Rangasamy Kulanthasamy has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive- Independent Director of the Company with effect from the
April 21, 2022. Reason for resignation: Mr. Rangasamy Kulanthasamy's mobility is very much restricted due to his health condition and age factor (70). Also he feels that his memory power is on the declining trend.
