The Company broadcasts its pre-recorded shows on QVC channels, including QVCHD, the United States, Germany and the United Kingdom; QVC Plus in the United States; QVC Beauty & Style and QVC Plus in Germany and QVC Beauty, QVC Extra, and QVC Style in the United Kingdom. QVC-U.S. programming is also available on QVC.com and mobile applications through streaming video. QVC-Germany, QVC-Italy and QVC-U.K. broadcast 17 hours of live programming each day. QVC-Japan broadcasts 24 hours of live programming each day. The Company distributes its television (TV) programs, via satellite and optical fiber, to cable TV and direct-to-home satellite system operators and also transmits its programs over digital terrestrial broadcast TV.
