Quintain Steel Co., LTD. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 867.86 million compared to TWD 1,047.21 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 140.53 million compared to TWD 11.45 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.4057 compared to TWD 0.0283 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.4057 compared to TWD 0.0283 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 3,080.24 million compared to TWD 2,487.95 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 538.8 million compared to net loss of TWD 56.85 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.5472 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.1604 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.5472 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.1604 a year ago.
