Qualitech Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Chanyapat Wiphatthannananthakul from the Independent Director, Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Qualitech Public Company Limited informed that Dr. Chanyapat Wiphatthannananthakul has submitted her resignation from the Independent Director, Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company due to the increasing of responsible engagement. The resignation will be effective from April 29, 2024 onwards.
