Quadient has announced sales of 261 million euros for the first quarter of 2024 (to the end of April), up in line with its expectations by 3.2%, including the contribution of recent acquisitions (Daylight and Frama) and organic growth of 1%.

"This growth was driven by the good performance of our software activities, with in particular a strong acceleration in the annual recurring revenue (ARR) base, which reached 215 million euros", explains its CEO Geoffrey Godet.

He also points to the resilience of mail-related activities, which saw a very limited decline, while revenues from the smart parcel delivery business remained affected by changes in the commercial contract negotiated with Yamato.

Quadient confirms that it expects organic growth in sales and operating income before non-recurring items (excluding acquisition-related expenses) for fiscal year 2024, with further targets to be presented at a meeting on June 19.
