As of December 31, 2011, Putevi ad Uzice had two subsidiaries, including Putevi Bijelo Polje doo Crna Gora, and Novi Pazar-Put ad Novi Pazar, as well as two affiliated companies, Putevi ad Pozega and Sarl putevi Alzir. As of December 31, 2011, its parent entity was Putevi Centar doo Beograd holding a 64.47% stake in the Company’s capital.
