Vancouver, WA - Pulse Electronics Wireless Infrastructure division will introduce its latest translucent antenna, the IceFin, at APCO 2016 82nd Annual Conference and Expo August 13-16 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

'Precision engineered to provide desirable cosmetic options without sacrificing mechanical or electrical performance, the IceFin provides coverage for public safety and LTE devices.' explains Olivier Robin, general manager for Pulse Electronics Wireless Infrastructure business unit.

PulseLarsen offers a wide range of antenna solutions for in-building, external, outdoor and vehicular public safety wireless communications.

The SLPT series offers a wide array of products to cover 700 MHz Public Safety, LTE, Smart Grid, WLAN, ITS and DSRC applications operating at 698-960/1710-2170/2400-2700/4900-6000 MHz. Antennas are available in both NMO and tamper-proof direct mount products, which support multiple cable and connector options.

The Clarity® family of antennas operates at UHF band frequencies, including 380-520 MHz and 698-960 MHz, to improve public safety radio coverage. The Clarity-Pearl antennas deliver an architecturally pleasing solution to requirements set by the International Fire Code and National Fire Protection Association (IFC/NFPA) codes for public safety in-building communication. Their ultra-thin white UV stabilized plastic radome is 311mm in diameter and protrudes just 9.5mm below the ceiling for the lowest in-building antenna profile in the industry.

The Panther series GPS/multiband vehicle-mount antennas give superior port-to-port isolation for excellent signal clarity that improves data throughput and navigation for telematics, infotainment, and location-based applications in all types of fleet, public safety, delivery, utility, and transit vehicles.

The V-Thinity is a wideband, VHF in-building public safety antenna. Engineered to an aesthetically pleasing 1.5mm (.060 inch) thickness and optimized for low-frequency in-building environments, the V-Thinity (PSIBVHF) covers 132 to 174 MHz for Police, Fire and Government communications. The low-profile 380x380 mm (15x15 inch) antenna weighs only 550 grams and provides multi floor coverage.
