PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) would like to inform that Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, the Chairman and Independent Director, will be retired from the directorship of PTT due to his completion of sixty five years of age, in compliance with the Company's Regulation on State Enterprise Directors' Qualification, effective from 11 July 2018 onwards.

In addition, the State Owned Enterprises Commission has approved an appointment of Mr. Krairit Euchukanonchai, as PTT Independent Director, in replacement of Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand, pursuant to the resolution of PTT Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2018 held on 18 May 2018, The appointment will be effective from 11 July 2018 onwards.

On the final note, PTT is on process of designation of PTT Chairman and will inform accordingly.
