PT. Xolare RCR Energy, Tbk. (SOLA), through its subsidiaries, is engaged in asphalt trading and processing, and construction services. The Company operates through two segments: Asphalt and Construction. SOLA trades Asphalt Pen 60/70 under the XOLABIT brand. It only sells penetration grade Asphalt/Bitumen product, which is produced from asphalt refineries and oil refineries. Penetration asphalt in drum packaging traded by the Company is sourced or imported from the Middle East. It offers customized solutions for various types of emulsified asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, natural rubber modified asphalt, coldmix, waterproofing and asphalt paint. It also provides engineering, procurement and construction services for gas, steam and biomass power plants, and mechanical and electrical construction services, industrial buildings and piping. Its services include installation, testing and commissioning, and supplying of industrial boilers (gas, oil, and biomass fired boiler), among others.
