PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk is a developer and general contractor. The Company’s Property division covers the development of housing and other properties for sale, including the provision of land, development of integrated areas completed with infrastructure and public facilities, sales and management of landed housing areas, and sales of apartments. Its Hotel division is engaged in covering hotel development and management. The Company has developed several projects in Yogyakarta, namely Mataram City and Graha Indoland. Mataram City is a mixed-use building consisting of Mataram City Apartments (Sadewa Tower and Yudhishthira Tower), Condotel operated as The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel (Nakula Tower), and Mataram City International Convention Center (MICC). Graha Indoland is a Condotel operated as Hotel Innside by Melia Yogyakarta. Its support activities include lodging services; the business of buying, selling, leasing and operating real estate; rental of venues; and others.
