Hanwha Life Insurance Co., Ltd. plans to acquire PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk (Multicor), according to industry sources of the financial sector. The deal value is said to be $13 million. The sources familiar with Hanwha's deal added, "Hanwha is currently on track to acquire Indonesia's insurance company Multicor.
Several more procedures are required for the finalization of the acquisition, but the acquisition is almost certain."
