On January 31, 2020, Provident Financial Services, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release reporting its financial results for the quarter and year ended

On January 31, 2020, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared
a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share, payable on February 28,
2020 to stockholders of record on February 14, 2020.
