Notice for Providing Automatic Data Interface between ISID Consolidated Accounting System and PRONEXUS (DMP) Disclosure Management Platform

PRONEXUS INC. announced today the provision of an interface within the PRONEXUS WORKS disclosure management platform optional service WORKS-i. The interface directly accepts consolidated accounting data from STRAVIS(*) to WORKS-i via web transaction.

* The consolidated accounting system provided by Information Services International-Dentsu (ISID).

1. Background

Due to workstyle reforms in recent years, companies must now promote advanced business operations that reduce overtime hours and function through remote working. In the financial results disclosure business supported by PRONEXUS, improving operational efficiency and accuracy have become major issues.

In this environment, there is growing demand from clients for a way to transfer data seamlessly between consolidated accounting systems and disclosure management platforms. In response to this demand, PRONEXUS has released a new interface.

2. Interface Overview

This data interface automatically imports figures and accounting line items from consolidated balance sheets, consolidated income statements, consolidated comprehensive income statements and consolidated cash flow statements stored on STRAVIS to WORKS-i by executing an API for external data links on the same system.

This eliminates manual output and importing target files for each client disclosure document creation process, and is expected to strengthen internal controls, including fewer human errors, as well as improve efficiency.

To further boost client productivity, PRONEXUS has developed an upgraded version of PRONEXUS WORKS that is far more user-friendly. PRONEXUS is now systematically transitioning clients to this new version. This interface can be used in WORKS-i after transitioning to the upgraded version of PRONEXUS WORKS.

3. Future Expansion

Today, the scope of this interface covers only consolidated balance sheets, consolidated income statements, consolidated comprehensive income statements and consolidated cash flow statements, but in the future, PRONEXUS will continue collaborating with ISID to expand the scope to include notes to financialstatements.
