ProAct IT Group AB (OM:PACT) acquired Teamix Gmbh for €9 million on January 3, 2017. Post-completion, Teamix Gmbh will be renamed as Proact IT Germany GmbH. Co-founder of Teamin, Oliver Kuegow and Richard Müller will remain as Directors in Proact IT Germany. teamix GmbH has an annual turnover of €35 million. Martin Kolbinger, Klara von Schroeders, Martina Hidalgo, Ute Bartholomä, Christoph Ceelen, Michael Dorner, Peter Endres, Richard Gräbener, Stefan Lüft, Theresa Dörendahl, Matthias Windorfer of CMS Hasche Sigle and Lars Hasp of Wistrand acted as legal advisors for ProAct IT Group AB. Anna Luce of Rödl & Partner GmbH acted as accountant to Teamix Gmbh. Michael Wiehl, Christina Klinger, Denis Sattler LL.M. and Jens Linhardt of Rödl & Partner acted as legal advisors to teamix GmbH. Cyril Prengel, Dipl. Kfm., EMBA, André Heuer and Alexander Rohde of Rödl & Partner, Financial Advisory Arm acted as financial advisors to teamix GmbH.
