The bank, based in Princeton, New Jersey, said it had earnings of 49 cents per share.

The bank posted revenue of $16 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $11.2 million, which missed Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $10.1 million, or $1.47 per share. Revenue was reported as $44.8 million.

Bank of Princeton shares have climbed 1% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen roughly 7% in the last 12 months.
