Prima Meat Packers, Ltd. announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 14, 2022, it resolved to distribute interim cash dividend of JPY 20.00 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 against JPY 20.00 per share paid a year ago, with a record date dated September 30, 2022. Total amount of dividend is JPY 1,006 million. Effective date is December 1, 2022. Source of dividends is Retained earnings.
The company provided year-end dividend guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. For the year-end, the company expects to pay cash dividend of JPY 45.00 per share against JPY 45.00 per share paid a year ago.
