The Company's Idaho Gold project contains over three known deposits, including the Friday deposit, the Deadwood deposit and the Buffalo Gulch oxide deposit. The Friday deposit has an NI 43-101 resource of indicated: 647,000 gold (approximately 20.1 metric tons at over one gram per ton gold with approximately 0.45 grams per ton cut-off) and inferred: 590,000 gold (approximately 20.9 metric tons at over 0.88 grams per ton gold with approximately 0.45 grams per ton cut-off). The Deadwood deposit and the Buffalo Gulch oxide deposit have gold resources and both are expandable.
