Certain units of Premier, Inc.'s Class B Common Units are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 9-JAN-2016. These shares will be under lockup for 60 days starting from 10-NOV-2015 to 9-JAN-2016.
Premier, Inc. is a healthcare improvement company uniting an alliance of approximately 4,350 United States hospitals and health systems and approximately 300,000 other providers and organizations.
