PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A. Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A. (the 'Company') announces that the Board of Directors of the Company ratified on 30.12.2020 the appointment of Ms. Pavlina Vitzilaiou as Chief Audit Officerof the Company, with effective date of this appointment the 30th of December 2020.
It is noted that until the demerger of Piraeus Bank S.A. on 30.12.2020, post-demerger renamed to Piraeus Financial Holdings S.A., Mr. Panagiotis Tsoukatos was Chief Audit Executive, who, following the demerger by way of hive-down of the banking activity sector and its contribution into the new banking entity incorporated under the corporate name 'PIRAEUS BANK Société Anonyme' (the 'Beneficiary'), continues in the Beneficiary as Chief Audit Executive.
