Piquadro buys own ordinary shares for about EUR120,000

(Alliance News) - Piquadro Spa announced on Monday that between June 10 and June 14 it purchased 53,274 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of EUR2.2346 each and a total value of EUR119,047.55.

Thus, the company holds 2.8 million shares or 5.6 percent of the share capital.

Piquadro trades in the green by 0.5 percent at EUR2.18 per share.
