(Alliance News) - Piquadro Spa announced Monday that its board of directors has

resolved to co-opt Tommaso Palmieri as a non-executive director of the company.

The appointment followed the resignation on Friday of Francesco Giovagnoni, an executive director, who was appointed by the majority list at the July 25, 2022, ordinary meeting, to which belongs a single candidate who was not elected, Sergio Marchese who resigned as a member of the board of directors due to the concurrence of additional professional commitments.

Piquadro is up 2.3 percent at EUR2.27 per share.
