Pioneer Motor Public Company Limited at its AGM held on April 25, 2023, The dividend payment for the year 2022 shall be distributed at the rate of THB 0.042 per share, which is equal to THB 29.18 million in aggregate. The Company will pay the dividend for the operating performance from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The date for determination of the list of Shareholders entitled to dividends (Record Date) would be May 3, 2023, and
the dividend payment shall be paid on May 23, 2023.
