Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 220.985 million compared to USD 194.172 million a year ago. Net income was USD 110.876 million compared to USD 96.079 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.42 compared to USD 1.26 a year ago. For the full year, net interest income was USD 821.788 million compared to USD 766.142 million a year ago. Net income was USD 312.321 million compared to USD 400.881 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 4.04 compared to USD 5.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 4.03 compared to USD 5.22 a year ago.
