PINCHme.com Inc. announced that it has signed reciprocal referral agreements with JACOBS Marketing Inc. and DPG Distribution. JACOBS has over 35 years of experience solely dedicated to serving retail brands at Target. From large consumer packaged goods firms to up and coming niche brands, JACOBS manages and grows all areas of 60 brands' business with Target and Target.com. DPG is a master sales representative of high-end retail consumer products in the US with over 350 sales representatives calling on over 1,200 accounts, generating billions of dollars in sales of their clients' products each year. Under the referral agreements, PINCHme and JACOBS /DPG are incentivised through agreed fee arrangements to refer potential clients or customers to each other. From PINCHme's perspective, these agreements build one of the growth paths the Company is executing on - US retail channels - and provide the following potential opportunities: Increasing the number of sampling and research programs undertaken. Creating new revenue streams through introducing PINCHme's corporate clients to these retail channels and via them, into key US retailers including Target and Target.com, by using PINCHme's product performance data for products not sold in these retail chains and online platforms. These strategic referral agreements build on the recently announced similar agreement with Team Direct (via its subsidiary B Direct) that manages over 70 brands at Amazon, Jet.com, Sam's Club, 7-Eleven, Walmart and Walmart.com. As is standard for these types of agreements, the referral agreements with JACOBS and DPG are rolling agreements that can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice, are not subject to a trial period and there are no other conditions that need to be satisfied before the parties proceed. Given the nature of the referral agreements, it is not possible to quantify the potential revenue to be generated by the sampling programs and other opportunities presented at this time, as such financial effect can only be determined over time.
