Pidilite Industries Limited has received an Order dated May 7, 2024, which was received through email on May 7, 2024 from the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, INV-D-038, Mazgaon, Mumbai imposing a total penalty of INR 4,207,863 in relation to GST investigation conducted for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 under applicable provisions of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.
