Pidilite Industries Limited announced that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 1, 2024, appointed Rahul Leo Gama as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 1, 2024 as the Chief Human Resource Officer. Shri Rahul Leo Gama, 50 years of age, has a total experience of more than 27 years in the area of Human Resources and has worked in reputed firms - Godrej Industries Ltd., Marico Ltd. and Arvind Ltd. He is an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
Pidilite Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of adhesives and sealants, construction chemicals, craftsmen products, DIY (Do-It-Yourself) products, and polymer emulsions. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is focused on consumer and industrial specialty chemicals.
