Pidilite Industries Limited announced based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 1, 2024 has appointed Shri Rahul Kumar Sinha, currently Chief Human Resource Officer (Senior Management Personnel) as Chief Business Officer - Maintenance Products & Organized Retail Divisions with effect from July 1, 2024. Shri Rahul Kumar Sinha continues to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Organization. Shri Rahul Kumar Sinha, 52 years of age, has a total experience of more than 29 years in the area of Sales & Marketing and Human Resources and has worked in reputed firms - ITC Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Bank and Aditya Birla Group before joining Pidilite Industries Ltd. in Nov.
2010. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Pidilite Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of adhesives and sealants, construction chemicals, craftsmen products, DIY (Do-It-Yourself) products, and polymer emulsions.
