PGIM Short Duration High Yield Opportunities Fund declared its initial distribution for January of $0.108 per common share, Ex date on January 21, 2021, record date on January 22, 2021 and payable on January 29, 2021. Based on the Fund’s initial offering price of $20.00 per share, this equates to an annualized distribution yield of 6.48%. The Fund also declared monthly distributions of $0.108 per common share for February 2021. Ex date on February 11, 2021, record date on February 12, 2021 and payable on February 26, 2021.
PGIM Short Duration High Yield Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's objective is to provide total return, through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing primarily in high yield fixed income instruments of companies and governments. Under normal market conditions at least 80% of the Fundâs investable assets is invested in a portfolio of global high yield fixed income instruments with varying maturities and other investments (including derivatives) with similar economic characteristics. Under normal market conditions, the Fund may invest up to 20% of its investable assets in United States currency denominated and/or foreign currency denominated fixed income instruments issued by foreign issuers. PGIM Investments LLC is the investment manager of the Fund.
