Prudential Short Duration High Yield Fund, Inc. and Prudential Global Short Duration High Yield Fund, Inc. announced the appointment of Ellen S. Alberding, Keith F. Hartstein, and James Quinn to their board of directors. Alberding is president and a member of the board of directors of the Joyce Foundation. Hartstein was president and chief executive officer of John Hancock Funds.
Quinn was formerly president, director and vice chairman of Tiffany & Co. Alberding, Hartstein and Quinn join the board as independent directors.
PGIM Global High Yield Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. The Fund seeks to provide a high level of current income by investing primarily in below investment-grade fixed income instruments of issuers located around the world, including emerging markets.
