Perak Transit Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company's segment includes Integrated public transportation terminal (IPTT) operations, which is engaged in the rental of advertising and promotions spaces, shops and kiosks, project facilitation and others such as profit sharing from terminal management, car park fee and taxi entrance fee in Terminal Meru Raya and Kampar Putra Sentral; Bus operations, which is engaged in the operation of stage buses; Petrol stations operations, which is involved in sale of petrol and retail mart products; Mining management operations, which is engaged in the project management services; and Telecommunication tower construction operations, which provides construction and engineering services for the building of telecommunication towers. The Company is also involved in petrol station operations in Ipoh, Lahat and Kuala Kangsar, Perak. Its subsidiaries include CKS Labur Sdn. Bhd., Ipoh Link Sdn. Bhd., and Syarikat Sumber Manusia Sdn. Bhd.
