The Independence Valley project comprises 785 acres located in Elko County, Nevada. The North Elko Lithium Project is located about 70 kilometers north-east of Wells, Nevada. The Golden Trail is situated on the northeastern margin of the Long Canyon Gold Trend in northeastern Nevada.
