BEDMINSTER, N.J. (AP) _ Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. (PGC) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $12.2 million.

The Bedminster, New Jersey-based bank said it had earnings of 64 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $61.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $46.4 million, which met Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $47.4 million, or $2.44 per share. Revenue was reported as $175 million.

Peapack-Gladstone shares have dropped almost 7% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased almost 5% in the last 12 months.
