Patris Investimentos SGPS, SA. agreed to acquire Real Vida Seguros, S.A. from Parparticipadas, SGPS, S.A. for €27 million on May 21, 2013. The deal is subject to permission of the respective authorities. Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho acted as legal advisor to Patris Investimentos.

The Company has a wholly owned subsidiary Real Vida Seguros, which provides different insurance activities, such as life insurance, health insurance, personal accidents, investment solutions and savings, reform solutions and company solutions.
