Business Summary

Partnera Oyj is a Finland-based international business group which owns companies that promote sustainable development in the areas of the circular economy and the energy industry, among others. Partnera’s business operations comprise of: Foamit Group’s glass recycling and foam glass manufacturing and its subsidiaries Uusioaines Oy, Hasopor Ab and Glasopor AS that form one of the leading foam glass producers in Europe; KPA Unicon Group that designs and produces clean energy solutions for domestic and international customers, as well as Nordic Option, a capital investment fund which focuses its investments on growth companies, primarily those located in the Nordics. The Company operates in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
